At Harmone, we’re a family-owned and operated importing and distribution company based in Queensland. Estonia — a nation with a proud sauna heritage, closely linked to neighbouring Finland — is where our team was born and raised, and where our lifelong love of Nordic sauna culture began.
For us, sauna is more than a product — it’s a way of life. A place to slow down, connect, and share moments with friends, family, and colleagues. A space where conversations flow, ideas spark, and wellbeing begins.

Tony Vosu
Tony (aka Tõnn, if you’re going full Estonian) is the type of man who doesn’t just talk about saunas — he lives them.
Born and raised in Estonia, where saunas are practically a national sport, Tony moved to Australia and quickly noticed a gap: truly authentic, soul-satisfying sauna experiences were hard to come by. Determined to bring a piece of his homeland to the Southern Hemisphere, he began importing high-quality saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunges directly from Estonia. For Tony, the sauna isn’t just about relaxation — it’s the perfect environment for business conversations where ideas flow as freely as the steam.
Fun Fact: Before founding Harmone, Tony spent a decade as a rope access technician, scaling high-rise buildings and challenging locations across Europe and Australia. His most legendary climb? Conquering the Nose route on El Capitan, Yosemite — a 900-metre vertical rock face. Alongside a team of four, he became one of the first Estonians to complete the iconic ascent, spending five days and four nights living on the wall.

Helena Victoria Kirss
Helena is a powerhouse of passion, bringing her deep knowledge of sauna culture and endless stories to every conversation. For her, a sauna is a way of life: a social space, the heart of the household, and the backdrop for the most meaningful conversations.
In sales, Helena does more than sell a product; she curates the full experience. She listens, inspires, and guides clients so they don’t just purchase a sauna — they fall in love with the entire journey. Beyond sales, she also creates team-building and special events that incorporate sauna rituals for corporate gatherings and memorable occasions.
Fascinating Snippet: After a week of connecting with clients, closing deals, and crafting unique sauna experiences, Helena switches gears behind a drum kit. A professional drummer and endorsed artist of world-renowned Paiste cymbals, she performs with top-tier musicians at exclusive corporate events, bringing the same energy and rhythm to music as she does to the sauna world.

Gerli Kask
Gerli brings a sportsman’s mindset not only to the sauna but to every aspect of her work. She plays a key role in building structure and flow across the company, ensuring operations run smoothly and customer support is consistently outstanding. Her discipline, organization, and eagerness to learn — whether technical, administrative, or creative — mean she constantly goes above and beyond.
Gerli also has a keen sense of video visuals, helping bring the Harmone story and experiences to life in engaging and memorable ways. Her dedication and high standards inspire a strong, continuously evolving team.
Info Nugget: Gerli’s passion for sports began in kindergarten, competing in everything from boxing and skiing to swimming — and even representing Estonia on the national soccer team.
