By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
In-stock items are generally dispatched within 5 business days once full payment has been received.
For out-of-stock, custom-made, or pre-ordered products, delivery generally takes approximately 3–6 months, depending on manufacturer production schedules, international shipping times, and customs clearance processes.
More accurate delivery estimates can be provided at the time of booking or order confirmation based on supplier availability and current shipping schedules.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not form part of the purchase contract.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping fees will be provided at the time of quotation or purchase.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Timeframes & Third-Party Freight
Harmone Saunas uses third-party freight carriers for delivery.
We cannot provide exact delivery dates or specific delivery time windows.
Where possible, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Freight carriers may contact customers directly to arrange or provide delivery time estimates.
Harmone Saunas is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party freight carriers
- Missed delivery calls
- Failure of freight companies to provide delivery notifications
- Delays caused by incorrect customer contact details
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and being available to accept delivery.
Customer Delivery Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Delivery access is available
- The delivery location can accommodate freight vehicles
If delivery is:
- Refused
- Missed
- Rescheduled at the customer’s request
Any additional delivery fees will be passed on to the customer and will reflect actual carrier charges.
Curbside Delivery
Large items such as saunas, heaters, and tubs are delivered to the curbside, driveway or nearest accessible delivery point for the freight vehicle.
Customers are responsible for transporting goods from the delivery point to the final installation location.
Harmone Saunas is not liable for damage, theft, or weather-related damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
Delivery Acceptance
Customers must accept delivery once goods arrive unless:
- The product is faulty
- The product is significantly different from the advertised description under Australian Consumer Law
Failure to accept delivery may result in additional delivery costs being charged to the customer.
Weather Protection
Customers should move products from the delivery location promptly after delivery. Harmone Saunas is not responsible for damage caused by exposure to weather conditions after delivery.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify Harmone Saunas within 10 days of delivery and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
Claims will be assessed and resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping
International shipping is available where applicable.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise stated.
