At Harmone Saunas, we take pride in providing high-quality sauna products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please ensure that all product specifications, including size, electrical requirements, and installation needs, are suitable for your space and intended use before placing your order.

All custom-made, made-to-order, or pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced. This includes any modifications requested to standard models.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the advertised description.

To report a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:

• Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation)
• A description of the fault or damage
• Supporting photos or videos
  

We will assess the issue in good faith and provide a resolution based on the circumstances, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

⚠️ Important: Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow care and usage guidelines is not covered under this policy.

If a return is authorised by Harmone Saunas:

• The item must be returned in original packagingand inunused condition, unless otherwise agreed.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty or the error is ours.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Please note:

• Refunds are only issued after the item has been inspected and the claim validated.
  
• Shipping and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundableunless required by law.
