Delivery Policy:

Deliveries of saunas, heaters, and accessories will be made to the curbside of the address provided. Below are important details regarding the delivery process:

• Curbside Delivery:

Saunas are delivered to the curbside at the nearest accessible point for our delivery vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the sauna from the curb to the desired location.

• Liability:

Once the sauna has been delivered and received at the curbside, Harmone is no longer liable for any damage, theft, or other issues that may occur. We recommend being present at the time of delivery or arranging for someone to move the sauna to a secure location.

• Weather Conditions:

It is essential to move the sauna box from the curb promptly. Leaving it exposed to weather conditions such as rain may cause damage. Harmone is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to exposure to the elements.

• Delivery Notice:

You will receive at least 24 hours' notice before delivery. However, traffic, weather, or other delays beyond our control may affect the exact delivery time. Once the sauna is delivered, our responsibility ends.
