What are the power requirements for your sauna heaters?
Depending on the model and kilowatt rating, our sauna heaters require 15-40 amps on a single-phase circuit or 10-32 amps on a three-phase circuit. Based on the heater's kilowatt usage, operating costs generally range from $0.57 to $2.39 per hour.

Do you offer custom-built saunas?
Yes, we do! If you can’t find the perfect fit from our ready-made and DIY sauna selection, please get in touch. We partner with Australian sauna builders and can also provide customisation options for many of our saunas.
What’s involved with getting the sauna up and running?
Steps required to get your sauna up and running:
- To get your sauna up and running, start by getting your electrician to run power to an isolation switch to where you want your sauna to be positioned. Check your amperage requirement with us to ensure your electrician installs the correct size circuit breaker on your main switch board.
2. If you have a ready-made sauna, such as a Saunum or Haljas, you can skip the assembly step, as they come pre-assembled. For other models, detailed DIY assembly instructions are provided, and you can also request assembly services from us.
3. Finally, the Saunum heater will need to be installed. Each heater comes with an Instructions for use and installation booklet. Our trained installer can also provide guided instructions to your electrician on how to install the heater. Alternatively, we can send our electrician to install your heater.

All our products are manufactured in Estonia in Northern Europe, using high-quality materials to ensure durability and performance.
Do you have a demo room where I can test the Saunum heater technology?
